Nice to meet you

My name is Aleksandra Morawska. I am a Polish woman born in Oslo, with a broad dance background, a licensed motion recreation instructor, and the granddaughter of a dance floor king. My range of dance experiences includes modern dance, oriental dance, new style, renaissance dance, Jackson style, krump, oldschool, dancehall, house, locking, and popping. For years, I led sport and recreation classes for youth in Sopot and shared knowledge with competitors preparing for bodybuilding events.

I first tasted the orient at age 5 while living in Iran, where I learned the basics of belly dance technique and watched Iranian dancers perform. In Lądek Zdrój, I fulfilled myself as an actress on Lower Silesian theater stages, playing leading roles in spoken, pantomime, and puppet shows directed by Paulina Bagińska, Paweł Pawlik, and Michał Dawidowicz. I performed fire shows and created props for performances. Together with director Michał Dawidowicz, we created a solo pantomime etude that won first place for short theatrical form in 2010 in Lądek Zdrój.

In Lądek, I also danced in the oriental dance group "Damascus," founded by the incredibly talented dancer Dezire, with which I presented countless performances at special events. With the team, I won:

• First place at the Festival of Young Talents of the Kłodzko Land in the dance category and the Mayor's Cup of Lądek Zdrój, 2009;

• First place for Damascus in Świdnica, 2010.

In 2009, 2010, and 2011, I performed at the International Lądek Ballet Summer, training in various dance styles with instructors from around the world. In 2011, I completed a yearly dance course at Laboratorium Tańca under Anna Nowak. In Gdańsk, I belonged to the modern dance team "Blitz," led by the outstanding educator Agnieszka Humięcka. In 2013, with the team, I achieved:

• Second place at the XV National Modern Dance Tournament in Chojnice;

• Golden Fir Kielce;

• GRAND PRIX at the National Song and Dance Festival in Kwakowo;

• First place at the X Dance Formations Tournament in Bolszewo;

• Third place at the National Dance Confrontations in Elbląg;

• Second place at the National Modern Dance Festival in Łeba.

In 2014:

• Third place at the National Dance Confrontations in Elbląg;

• First place at the VII Dance Festival in Lębork;

• First place at the National Dance Formations Festival DANCE GROUP in Gdańsk;

• Second place at the XV National Modern Dance Tournament in Łeba.

In the meantime, I benefited from dance workshops with the wonderful Jacek Suchiński and Adrian Lipiński. From 2014 to 2016, I actively participated in Bodybuilding and Fitness competitions in the IFBB federation under the guidance of World and European Champion Henryk Hryszkiewicz. Among my main achievements in this discipline:

• Third place at the Polish Junior and Veteran Championships in Culture and Fitness in the All-Category, Wrocław 2015;

• Second place at the National Bodybuilding and Fitness Competition, Słupsk 2015;

• First place at the European Bodybuilding Shows in the Women's Bikini Fitness category, Sopot 2016.

In 2016, reaching the strict Final of Miss Poland due to my dance and social experience, I chaired among the finalists during preparation for the television performance on the POLSAT TV channel. For my support and help, the girls titled me Miss of the Finalists. In 2018, I decided to compete solo in an oriental dance contest, resulting in:

• Second place at the Oriental Dance Gala "Nights of the Orient" in Kraków;

• Third place at the International Bellydance Festival "Raks Glam" in the Tabla Solo category.

Subsequently, I perfected this dance by completing workshops with world stars of oriental dance such as Jasirah, Veronika Shulkevich, Loretta Kleefstra, Sowillo, Ekaterina Goncharenko, Elena Pirogova, Martina Telini, and Dominka Suchecka. Dance is my uncontrollable addiction, so I decided not to try to stop it. Privately, I am a lover of animals, the sea, and cultural differences. Jumping into the sea in winter gives me an atomic dose of energy, which I then translate into my classes.
