01General private classes

Whatever you want to dance, I'll teach you.

This is your private class for anything in dance — learning from your very first step, polishing what you already know, getting ready for a special moment, or simply moving for the pure joy of it. Any style, any level, any day, at exactly the pace you need.

Any style you can name

Belly dance and all its styles, hip hop and house, wedding and partner dance, social dance like bachata, Latin and waltz — or simply learning to move and feel the music. Real technique, real culture.

Never danced before, or refining years of it — I meet you exactly where you are and take you as far as you want to go.

Your pace, any day

As fast or as gently as you need, on a schedule that fits your life. Every lesson is filmed so you keep progressing at home.

02For every body

Dance is for everyone.

There's no "right" age, shape or ability to dance — just you and the music. I hold a warm, judgement-free space where every student feels welcome, capable and free.

I especially love teaching dancers of all abilities. NDIS participants are welcome, and it's a genuine joy to teach my students with Down syndrome. If you — or someone you love — would like to dance, let's make it happen together. More about NDIS-friendly lessons →

03NDIS & Down syndrome

Dance that builds confidence over time.

Every student is different. Many of the NDIS students I work with are very shy when we first meet — which is why I usually teach them one-to-one, in a regular one-hour lesson each week. We don’t rush.

The first sessions are about becoming comfortable with each other, finding music and movement the student enjoys, and making dance something they look forward to rather than something they feel pressured to perform. As that trust develops, students become far more relaxed, expressive and playful — and dance becomes the part of the week they genuinely look forward to.

Not about a “perfect dancer”

Some of my favourite moments are when a student who barely wanted to move starts dancing, laughing, choosing their favourite music, or showing their personality.

Adapted to the individual

Sensory needs, mobility, communication preferences, energy on the day — the lesson follows the student, not a set class structure.

Support workers welcome

If having a support worker or family member in the room helps, they are genuinely welcome.

Questions?

Answered, simply.

I teach Bachata, partner dance, social dance, hip-hop, and all styles of belly dance (including Dabke and folk styles). I also teach Michael Jackson style. With my broad experience, I'm happy to adjust to what my clients need — I've worked across many dance styles including theatre, pantomime, and body language. I also work with children with Down syndrome, helping them find joy and passion in dance. Tell me what moves you and chances are we can dance it together.

Not at all — complete beginners are exactly who private lessons are made for. We start from your very first step and move entirely at your pace: no rush, no judgement, just progress.

Completely. There's no "right" age, shape, size or ability to dance. I welcome everyone — including NDIS participants and dancers with Down syndrome. If you'd love to move, there's a place for you here.

Just comfortable clothes you can move in — leggings or shorts and a fitted top so I can see your posture. We dance barefoot or in soft socks, and I'll always have a hip scarf you can borrow to feel the movement. No costume or special gear needed.

Yes! The main benefit is confidence and joy — students feel more connected with themselves, more feminine, and develop greater self-awareness of their own energy. It's an excellent core workout and improves flexibility. You'll also burn fat while having fun.

Learning dance is a skill, and every skill is a lifetime process. In one term, you can learn a choreography and basic movements. But the real joy is in the process itself, not the speed. Enjoy learning and stay curious — dance makes life more colourful.

Filming is optional and not required. We have people present anyway for the atmosphere and energy. Let me know if you'd prefer not to be filmed — no pressure.

Yes — I create complete routines to your song and level, delivered with video breakdowns. Perfect for competitions, a special performance, or a signature piece of your own.

Absolutely — for companies, wellness retreats, hens parties, private celebrations and dance schools. Tell me your group and occasion and I'll tailor it to you.
